Sales Administrator

About the role

Meredo is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support to its Sales team in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure smooth sales operations by handling offers, CRM updates, document management, and agency coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate sales offers on request and manage the approval workflow.
• Coordinate unit reservations and handle the printing, signing, and distribution of booking forms and SPAs.
• Onboard new agencies, verify documentation, and draft agency agreements.
• Issue Marketing NOCs to registered agencies and act as the daily point of contact for agency queries.
• Set up and manage WhatsApp groups for efficient communication between agencies and internal sales teams.
• Support sales agents by generating client inquiries and tracking meetings in the CRM.
• Archive booking forms, SPAs, and agency agreements in an organized manner.
• Provide ongoing administrative assistance to help the sales team meet targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales administration or coordination role.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
