Sales Administrator (Recruitment Support)

About the role

Emagine Solutions, a Dubai‑based recruitment and talent consultancy, is seeking a Sales Administrator to support its recruiters and business development team. You will keep processes running smoothly, ensure documentation is accurate, and help turn chaotic workflows into efficient systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruiters and sales/BD consultants with admin tasks to keep roles moving and clients satisfied.
• Prepare and format CVs, candidate profiles, proposals, and client documentation.
• Manage CRM updates, including pipeline hygiene, notes, tasks, follow‑ups, and contact records.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, and diary management.
• Create and maintain processes, templates, trackers, and checklists to improve speed and consistency.
• Handle general office/admin support such as document control, data entry, reporting, and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration.
• Strong admin skills: detail‑focused, structured, and reliable under pressure.
• Proactive “get it done” mindset, comfortable working at pace.

Required skills

• Proficient with CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written English.
• Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written) – nice to have.
