About the role

Ennova Realty is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join its dynamic team in Ajman. The full‑time position focuses on driving real‑estate sales, guiding clients through the property market and closing successful transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and pursue new sales leads through various channels to expand the client base.
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties, ensuring clients understand their options.
• Conduct property viewings and present features and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales deals to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to team growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE residence visa and driving licence.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools or real‑estate software for lead management and sales tracking.
