Sales and Purchase Coordinator

About the role

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Sales & Purchase Coordinator for a globally recognised manufacturing client. The role supports trading operations of PU chemicals and industrial raw materials, ensuring smooth order processing, documentation, and payment flows.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders with international suppliers, handling pricing, quantities, delivery timelines and payment terms.
• Prepare sales orders, contracts, proforma invoices and other commercial documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents and internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Manage shipping schedules, track ETD/ETA and container movements, and verify trade documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, COAs and SDS/MSDS.
• Track customer receivables, follow up overdue payments and maintain collection reports; monitor supplier invoices and coordinate TT, LC and other payment arrangements with the accounts team.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, purchase coordination, international trading or import/export operations.
• Hands‑on experience with shipping procedures and international trade documentation.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English; prior experience in Dubai/UAE is an advantage.
