Sales Assistant (Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our real‑estate sales team in Dubai. The role involves assisting agents with client interactions, preparing materials and helping drive the company’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales agents with client inquiries, provide property information and schedule viewings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company systems.
• Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials to showcase properties.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and managing documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real‑estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
