About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Sales Assistant who is fluent in Russian or Arabic to join our flower shop located inside a prestigious 5‑star hotel. The role involves promoting and selling floral arrangements while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide personalized service.
• Promote and sell bouquets, floral arrangements, and gift items.
• Handle walk‑in, phone, and online orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with florists on custom arrangements and special requests.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Support hotel events, weddings, and special occasions with floral sales.
• Ensure the flower shop meets 5‑star cleanliness and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality (flower shop experience is an advantage).
• Fluent in Russian or Arabic with a good command of English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Sales‑driven, proactive, and well‑presented.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
