Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the Sprinklez brand by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the store. This role involves maintaining store standards, visual presentation, and supporting loyalty program initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with product selection, and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is attractively displayed.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, refunds and manage cash till balances.
• Record inventory movements and maintain accurate reports.
• Adhere to security, loss‑prevention policies and maintain confidentiality of sales data.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed and flexible to work extended hours during sales periods.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to suggestively sell across brand lines.
• Reliable, attentive to detail and able to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and till reconciliation.
• Inventory recording and basic stock management.
