Sales Associate – Premium Youth Apparel

About the role

Join a premium youth apparel brand launching its first store in Dubai. As a Sales Associate you will own the in‑store customer experience, recommend products, and help build brand awareness among teenage shoppers and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide styling advice to drive conversions and repeat visits.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product organization, fitting‑room readiness and replenishment standards.
• Support opening and closing routines, stock accuracy, cashier processes and operational controls.
• Capture customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve assortment and service.

Required profile

• Outgoing, approachable presence with strong communication skills for teenage and diverse shoppers.
• Commercial curiosity and resilience to adapt during busy periods.
• Dependable execution of visual, stock and transaction procedures.
