Sales Associate – Retail (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the Apparel Group brand by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will support visual merchandising, maintain store standards, and assist the Store Manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, guiding them to suitable products and converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the loyalty program and educate shoppers on product features, care, and benefits.
• Maintain attractive product displays according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and balance the cash till each shift.
• Record inventory movements, replenish stock, and manage clearance items.
• Ensure loss‑prevention policies are followed and store security is maintained.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and flexible availability for peak periods.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system operation.
• Cash handling and basic accounting.
• Inventory tracking and stock replenishment.
