About the role
The Sales Associate will represent the Steve Madden brand in a Dubai retail store, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining store standards, supporting visual merchandising, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience while following operational duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, convert window shoppers into buyers, and promote the loyalty program using the GUEST service model.
- Maintain a professional appearance, stay flexible for extended hours during peak periods, and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
- Ensure attractive product displays, follow visual merchandising guidelines, manage stock, and handle clearance items.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, balance cash tills, issue receipts and refunds, and uphold loss‑prevention policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming customer experience.
- Previous experience in a sales or retail role is preferred.
