Sales Consultant – Al Ain & Abu Dhabi

About the role

Damas Jewellery, the leading jeweller in the Middle East, is looking for a Sales Consultant to join its Al Ain and Abu Dhabi stores. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of our premium jewellery collections.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and 100% stock accuracy.
• Provide accurate product and price information, close sales, and handle cash/credit‑card transactions following procedures.
• Conduct regular equipment checks (weighing scales, calculators, Diamond Tester) and ensure proper handling of jewellery to avoid damage.
• Greet every customer, assess their needs, and guide them to the appropriate counter.
• Maintain store keys safely when authorised and adhere to punctual attendance.
• Perform regular counting of gold bars, coins and certified diamonds and generate audit reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to adapt sales approach to client motivations and handle objections confidently.
• Attention to detail for stock control and equipment handling.
• Reliability in attendance and adherence to store timings.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
