Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Sales Consultant at Rentokil Boecker you will drive new business and nurture existing client relationships within the pest control and hygiene services market in the UAE. The role combines proactive prospecting, on‑site assessments and solution selling in a supportive, fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to design tailored pest‑control and hygiene solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Full valid UAE driving licence.
