About the role
Al-Futtaim Motors - Hino is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive monthly and annual sales of Hino commercial vehicles in Dubai. You will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for meeting sales targets while maintaining gross margin and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Hino units and maintain pre‑determined gross margin.
- Conduct regular field visits within the designated region to expand the customer base and gather market intelligence.
- Provide excellent customer service to achieve and maintain a high CSI rating.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce.
- At least five years of experience in the commercial vehicles industry, with a minimum of three years in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of the local commercial vehicles market and technical product knowledge.
- Valid UAE driving licence and familiarity with the market, preferably an existing customer base.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
