About the role
The Sales Consultant will deliver excellent customer service for the Emporio Armani Kids line at Mall of the Emirates. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and build lasting relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet every customer warmly, providing consistent high‑level service.
- Identify needs, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, and suggest complementary items.
- Process cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and manage the POS system.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, fashion trends and in‑store promotions.
- Ensure personal grooming standards and keep the store tidy, including displays, fitting rooms and stock areas.
- Monitor stock levels daily and inform the Store Manager of replenishment needs.
- Recruit customers for the database and enter their details accurately.
Required profile
- High school qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
