Sales Consultant - Linde Material Handling

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is looking for a Sales Consultant to join its Linde Material Handling team in Dubai. The role drives sales growth, builds long-term customer relationships and expands the material handling equipment business. You will work with customers on their operational needs, support monthly and annual sales targets, and manage the sales process from prospecting through to closing and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active customer database to support relationship management, business development and sales campaigns.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their operational requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed agreed monthly and annual sales targets while supporting branch profitability.
• Present material handling equipment solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Take part in product training, sales meetings and development programmes.
• Monitor competitors and market trends and share insights with management.
• Prepare accurate sales documentation and deal files, and submit sales and customer reports on time.
• Support credit management by keeping customer accounts within agreed overdue limits.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Previous sales experience in material handling equipment, industrial equipment, commercial vehicles or a related B2B sector.
• Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage.
