About the role
Deliver excellent customer service by identifying needs, offering advice, demonstrating products and building lasting relationships to achieve sales targets and foster loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet every customer warmly, providing consistent high‑level service.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, suggest link items and close sales.
- Process cash and electronic payments, issue receipts and maintain professional POS service.
- Handle complaints according to after‑sales policy and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, fashion trends and in‑store promotions.
- Keep the store tidy, organized and ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished.
- Recruit customers for the database and enter their details accurately.
Required profile
- High school qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer‑service experience.
