Sales Coordinator – Electric Mobility

About the role

As a Sales Coordinator within Al-Futtaim Automotive’s Electric Mobility division, you will support BYD’s mission to deliver zero‑emission vehicles across the UAE. The role sits at the intersection of the showroom, workshop, registration, and logistics teams, ensuring each vehicle reaches the customer on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries, confirming that each car meets customer specifications.
• Liaise with workshops, drivers, registration teams, insurers and external service providers to facilitate smooth handovers.
• Process all vehicle documentation accurately, including registration, insurance, invoicing, VCCs, gate passes and sales paperwork.
• Monitor vehicle preparation activities such as cleaning, servicing and accessory fit‑ment before delivery.
• Provide the sales team with up‑to‑date stock availability through physical and system inventory checks.
• Arrange demo vehicle readiness, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and fully equipped for customer trials.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication and liaison abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
