Sales Coordinator

About the role

La Cuisine de Manou is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them from the first inquiry through to the successful execution of their events.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations, proposals and event documentation.
• Follow up on quotations, bookings, payments and event details.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of leads, bookings and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations and event teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and daily coordination.
• Assist in creating presentations and event‑related documents.
• Resolve customer questions professionally while maintaining high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support or customer service within catering, hospitality or events.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus, Arabic preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems.
