Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Manager in managing commercial activities across multiple accounts in the United Arab Emirates. This includes daily management of agents and retailers, order follow‑up, and monitoring sell‑in and sell‑out performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sell‑in forecasts and alert any risk of business loss.
• Analyze orders per client, track quotas, and push orders while handling product returns and destructions.
• Supervise purchase order creation, invoice payment, claims, and credit notes.
• Prepare monthly novelties recap and coordinate forecasts with the Commercial Area Manager and Marketing team.
• Update price lists, ensure compliance with brand priorities, and liaise with the regulatory department for market registrations.
• Support budget and expense tracking, including P&L monitoring and A&P alignment.
• Coordinate trade activities, POSM orders, and merchandising execution with retailer supply and merchandising teams.
• Consolidate monthly sell‑out performance by client and upload data through PowerBI for reporting.
