Sales Coordinator / Purchasing Executive

About the role

Alliance Global Trading is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator / Purchasing Executive to support customers, suppliers and the internal sales team in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare quotations, LPOs, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Handle purchasing activities and follow up with suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries and monitor stock requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational files.
• Provide daily coordination support to the sales team.
• Assist with administrative and sales‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Zoho Books.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up capabilities.
• Prior UAE work experience preferred.
• Immediate availability preferred.
