Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Canonical is a global software company behind Ubuntu and open-source enterprise solutions for cloud, developer, IoT and AI. As a Sales Development Representative, you will work with a regional sales and marketing team to find customer projects that fit Canonical's product lines and promote the brand across many industries and geographies. The role suits people who are organized, persistent, charismatic and hard-working, and who are interested in technology and its business implications.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries by email, phone and chat
• Run outbound sales and marketing campaigns
• Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face opportunities
• Work with marketing on campaigns and research prospective customers
• Generate a multi-million-pound pipeline and identify prospects and market trends
• Liaise with new and existing customers, set up and attend meetings and map accounts
• Create, update, maintain and nurture leads on global opportunities
• Help define the team's processes and policies
