Sales Development Representative – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative based in Dubai to help LEGALFLY expand its presence across the Gulf region. You will work closely with our Account Executives to generate qualified opportunities and support our rapid growth in the legal AI market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential law firms and enterprise accounts in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia through outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify and nurture leads, initiating intelligent conversations and guiding prospects through the early sales funnel.
• Book and manage discovery calls for Account Executives, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Monitor local legal sector trends to inform go‑to‑market strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams, providing field insights to refine campaigns.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (Gulf dialect) and English.
• Based in Dubai and able to work from our Dubai AI Campus office.
• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales development, inside sales or business development, preferably in a fast‑paced tech/SaaS environment.
• Proven ability in cold calling, email outreach and lead qualification.
• Ambitious to grow into a sales or marketing role within LEGALFLY.
