Sales Development Representative (English/Arabic)

About the role

Axis Communications is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative who is fluent in English and Arabic. You will be the first point of contact for new partners, qualifying leads and supporting the Inside Sales Account Managers in a fast‑growing IT security company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean data in Salesforce, ensuring accounts and contacts are up‑to‑date.
• Close inactive projects and manage project lifecycle in the CRM.
• Contact newly registered partners, verify their information and hand over qualified leads to ISAMs.
• Coordinate Learning Management System activities, capture attendee information in Salesforce.
• Analyze sales data to generate high‑quality leads for the sales team.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, host visits at Axis Experience Centers and support partner events.
