Sales Director

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to lead Keysight’s sales organization across the Middle East. The role will oversee a team of roughly 20 professionals and be responsible for driving revenue across the full portfolio of Keysight’s design‑to‑installation solutions, including RF & MW, network visibility, security and emerging 5G/6G technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for large enterprise, service provider and NEM accounts, focusing on visibility and security solutions.
• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team of sales managers, channel account managers and solution engineers to achieve top‑line growth.
• Drive indirect sales initiatives for legacy business in sectors such as aerospace & defence, advanced research, AI/DC, automotive and education.
• Identify, engage and close new business opportunities across NEM, service provider, enterprise and public sectors.
• Manage channel partnerships and account relationships to expand market reach.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading high‑performing sales teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
• Deep industry knowledge of aerospace & defence, cybersecurity, networking and emerging communications technologies.
• Strong ability to develop and implement strategic sales and indirect sales plans.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
