About the role
Dia Developments is seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Director to lead and expand its real‑estate sales division in Dubai. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high‑performing sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor, drive performance and exceed sales targets.
- Onboard, coach and manage a team of 15–20 sales managers.
- Develop and execute strategies for off‑plan sales and business development.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience leading real‑estate development sales teams in Dubai.
- Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large sales teams.
- High energy, charisma and a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example management style.
