Sales Director – Payments (EMEA)

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Director for its Payments business in the EMEA region, based in Dubai. You will lead growth of the blockchain‑based payments portfolio across the Middle East, targeting payment service providers, cross‑border and remittance operators.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the Payments segment.
• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and GTM teams to generate and qualify high‑quality leads.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Conduct prospecting, territory and account planning to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in the Fireblocks CRM.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, preferably selling into the Payments space.
• Strong passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Background in financial services, cybersecurity or related sectors.
