Sales Engineer & Account Manager

About the role

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Sales Engineer and Account Manager to provide advanced technical support for its pump and flow solutions. The role bridges sales activities with after‑sales engineering, ensuring customers receive accurate information, retrofit options, and troubleshooting assistance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to the Commercial Operations Team for new offers and participate in customer meetings, including site visits.
• Conduct feasibility studies for pump retrofits, covering hydraulic and mechanical aspects, and prepare preliminary drawings for customer review.
• Develop new aftermarket services and tools in line with guidance from the AM & Services Director and Engineering Manager.
• Assist field service engineers and warranty managers during on‑site troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and warranty claim resolution.
• Provide high‑level vibration data analysis (spectrum, time‑waveform, acceleration envelopes, orbit) and interpret other instrument readings to assess rotating equipment health.
• Support service centers with technical guidance for pump overhauls, maintenance, and retrofits.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in rotating equipment, pumps, and fluid dynamics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Experience in field service support, warranty handling, and aftermarket service development.
