Sales Engineer - Automatic Doors & Gates

About the role

A full-time Sales Engineer is sought to grow the client base, handle technical sales and turn enquiries into projects. The role covers generating new business from contractors, consultants, developers, facility management companies and end users, visiting sites and recommending suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from contractors, consultants, developers, facility management companies and end users
• Visit sites, understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and BOQs
• Follow up on enquiries and negotiate to close deals
• Promote annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
• Maintain a sales pipeline and report on progress regularly
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activity

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in sales of automatic doors, gates, barriers, shutters or similar ELV products
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
• Existing network of contractors, consultants and clients in the UAE
