Sales Engineer – HVAC Systems

About the role

The Sales Engineer will promote and sell VRF systems, ducted split units and air handling units across the UAE market, building strong relationships with consultants, contractors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell HVAC products to consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations and product presentations.
• Conduct site visits, provide technical support and recommend optimal system configurations.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams for system sizing and solution development.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and report on performance, pipeline and forecasts.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1‑3 years of HVAC sales experience in the UAE (Dubai preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems, ducted split units and air handling units.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
