Sales Engineer – Infrastructure (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, technically proficient, and customer‑focused Sales Engineer – Infrastructure to join NAFFCO’s Commercial team in Abu Dhabi. The role drives sales and business development of NAFFCO’s infrastructure product range, including HDPE piping systems, manholes, fire hydrants and related civil solutions across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities for infrastructure products within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and key stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and client meetings to promote NAFFCO solutions.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications and drawings to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare technical submittals, material datasheets, compliance statements and shop drawings, coordinating with engineering and following up for approvals.
• Liaise with production, planning, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in sales engineering or business development for infrastructure products.
• Strong customer‑focus with ability to work with contractors, consultants and internal engineering teams.
