Sales Engineer – Lighting Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our lighting solutions portfolio in Dubai. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to generate new business, manage the sales process, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads independently and achieve assigned targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and order closure.
• Present and promote a full range of LED products, including outdoor, indoor, architectural, façade and industrial lighting.
• Supervise on‑site installation work, monitor progress and guarantee quality standards.
• Provide technical services and product presentations throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with clients to secure timely payment and close financial transactions.

Required profile

• Technical or Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in lighting sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with CAD and standard business software.
