Sales Executive – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience within the UAE market.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Chinese, or Hindi is an advantage.
