Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our marketing and digital solutions team. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
• Present tailored marketing and digital solutions, prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate terms and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline using the company’s CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Represent Dots Solutions at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in a marketing, advertising, digital or media agency is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal car.
