About the role
The Sales Executive will drive sales of Certified Pre‑Owned vehicles, finance and insurance products, and accessories for Honda & TE in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a structured customer journey, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit sales, gross margin, and finance & insurance targets.
- Manage leads from telephone, web and walk‑ins, aiming for a 25% conversion rate.
- Capture complete customer data in C4C for efficient follow‑up.
- Promote trade‑ins, dealer installed options and accessories to maximise revenue.
- Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings and training sessions.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other digital tools.
