Sales Executive – B2B Automotive & Fleet Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to develop and execute a B2B sales strategy for automotive and fleet solutions across the UAE. You will acquire new accounts, grow existing relationships, and deliver tailored proposals to logistics, construction, FMCG, government and leasing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B accounts through cold calling, networking and market intelligence.
• Maintain and expand key accounts by regular follow‑up, relationship building and upselling after‑sales packages.
• Prepare customized proposals, deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate fleet deals, pricing, contracts and payment terms.
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, including quotation, financing support and after‑sales handover.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to shape product and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accurate CRM usage and reporting of pipeline activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of B2B automotive sales experience, preferably in commercial vehicles, fleet sales or leasing within the UAE.
• Strong hunter mindset with consultative selling abilities.
• Commercially astute with solid business acumen.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
