About the role
Unique World Business Center is looking for motivated, result-driven Sales Executives to join its growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in business centers and office leasing and enjoys helping businesses find the right workspace solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business centers, office leasing or commercial real estate sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
Required skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build client relationships and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
