Sales Executive - Business Development Manager (Automotive)

About the role

Milele, a well-known name in the UAE's automotive industry, is growing its showroom sales team. The Sales Executive owns the full sales cycle, from first inquiry to vehicle delivery, serving a mix of local and international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and respond to digital leads and referrals across channels
• Guide customers through demos and test drives, quotations, negotiation, financing and delivery
• Build long-term relationships that bring repeat business and referrals
• Work with Finance, Operations and Registration teams for smooth transactions
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
• Keep leads and activity accurate in CRM/ERP
• Track market trends and competitor pricing and bring in new business

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years in automotive sales, showroom sales or business development in the UAE or GCC
• Fluent English (required); Arabic highly preferred; other languages such as Russian, French, Spanish, Chinese and African languages are a strong advantage
• Experience in premium automotive, car trading or rental is a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Target-driven, high-energy and customer-focused

• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital sales channels
