Sales Executive – Certified Pre‑Owned & F&I

About the role
The Sales Executive will drive sales of Certified Pre‑Owned vehicles, maximise gross margins and promote Finance & Insurance products while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit sales targets and retain gross margins to support branch profitability.
- Meet monthly F&I sales targets and increase conversion of leads from telephone, web and walk‑in enquiries.
- Promote showroom engagements, ensure 100% second facing and capture accurate customer data in C4C.
- Participate in sales meetings and training to stay current on brand campaigns, competitor activity and financing options.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using C4C (CRM system).
