Sales Executive – Citizenship & Residency Advisory

About the role

Bayat Group is looking for an ambitious, client‑focused Sales Executive to join its Dubai team. The role centres on promoting Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) programmes, leveraging personal networks and social media to generate high‑value leads and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through personal networks, social media platforms, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Advise prospective clients on CBI and RBI options tailored to their profiles.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed engagement with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of leads using the monday.com CRM system.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, roadshows and client meetings.
• Travel to assigned and new target markets to expand the company’s reach.
• Collaborate with processing and compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Uphold the company’s compliance framework and brand standards in all client‑facing communications.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic or Urdu (both languages preferred) and strong command of English.
• Minimum three years of proven sales experience, preferably in immigration, real estate, financial services, luxury sales or high‑ticket advisory.
• Extensive personal network across GCC, MENA, South Asia or wider markets.
• Active and credible presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working on a commission‑based structure.
• Professional appearance and confidence in client‑facing situations.

Required skills
