Sales Executive - Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Digital Creations (TDC), a full-service digital marketing and advertising agency based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is hiring a Sales Executive. This is a full-time, hybrid position with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, builds a pipeline of prospects, holds client meetings to understand digital marketing and advertising needs, and closes deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts to close deals
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools and track performance against targets
• Provide regular updates and forecasts to management
• Nurture long-term client relationships and seek upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Represent TDC at industry events and networking activities

Required profile

• Strong consultative sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling and closing deals in a B2B environment
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising services such as social media marketing, paid campaigns, SEO, website development and branding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Previous experience in agency, marketing, media or technology sales is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Abu Dhabi and engaging with clients across the UAE

• Ability to use basic office software to manage pipelines and track performance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
