Sales Executive - Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to lead member acquisition and retention for our fitness and wellness brand in Dubai. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to nurturing existing members, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects and high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new member growth by managing the lead pipeline: calling, cleaning, qualifying and advancing leads.
• Monitor daily lead volume, quality and source performance to meet volume and financial targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel to guarantee sufficient leads for conversion.
• Act as key account manager for an assigned customer base, handling inbound/outbound calls, follow‑ups, consumption issues, satisfaction checks, expiring memberships and complaints.
• Schedule member consultations and coordinate recommendations with coaches.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, updating customer profiles and acquisition/retention forecasts.
• Track progress against targets, provide daily performance updates and suggest adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and customer‑experience roles.
• At least 2 years of experience within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Proven ability to meet volume and financial targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
