Sales Executive – Europe Market for Rixos & AIC in GCC

About the role

Support the development of business from European source markets for the Rixos Hotels & All‑Inclusive Collection portfolio in the GCC region. The role focuses on account servicing, prospecting, sales coordination and follow‑up to increase brand visibility, generate qualified enquiries and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and other relevant partners across assigned European markets.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular communication, product updates and sales follow‑up.
• Promote the portfolio’s hotels, facilities, experiences and offers, matching recommendations to each partner’s requirements.
• Conduct sales calls and virtual presentations, and participate in sales visits under the direction of the regional sales lead.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and account materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved commercial terms.
• Coordinate enquiries with hotel Sales, Reservations and Revenue Management teams, following up from initial request through to conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• One to three years of experience in hotel sales, travel trade sales or a similar commercial role.
• Exposure to European leisure markets and the GCC hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Understanding of hotel distribution channels and tour operator and travel agency business.
• Fluent English; an additional European language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with hotel sales systems.
