Sales Executive – Exports

About the role

United Al Saqer Heavy Equipment is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead export sales of construction and heavy‑equipment solutions. You will work from our Abu Dhabi office, driving growth in international markets and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new export markets for commercial vehicles, trucks, buses and heavy construction equipment.
• Generate B2B leads by targeting international fleet owners, construction firms and regional distributors.
• Deliver technical presentations and consultations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end export logistics, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, Incoterms (FOB, CIF) and documentation.
• Maintain and expand a database of international customers through proactive follow‑up and high‑level service.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product launches and regional demand trends to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Graduation, Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven UAE sales experience in spare parts for commercial vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for pipeline tracking and forecasting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data sheets and catalogues.
• Demonstrated success closing high‑ticket deals and managing long‑term contracts.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other regional languages are a strong advantage.
