Sales Executive - GCC

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive all sales activities for Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, aligning with the sales plan across market segments to exceed revenue targets. You will promote the hotel brand, secure new business, and maximize overall hotel revenue while representing the property in local, domestic, and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the hotel brand and contract new business to achieve revenue goals.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with clients in local, domestic, and international markets.
• Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
• Attend travel functions, sales road shows, and organize sales trips to promote the hotel.
• Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing for coaching and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a 5‑star hotel sales environment.
• Pro‑active, self‑motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Passion for leadership and a strong desire to succeed.
