Sales Executive (Health & Beauty Products) - Abu Dhabi

About the role

GMG, a global well-being company that retails, distributes and manufactures international and home-grown brands across sport, everyday goods, health and beauty, properties and logistics, is hiring a Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi. The role manages and develops the assigned territory by driving sales growth, expanding distribution and strengthening customer relationships across the pharmacy channel, with a focus on achieving sales and coverage targets, ensuring product availability and visibility, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory through regular pharmacy visits, ensuring optimal product distribution, availability, visibility and in-store execution in line with brand guidelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, distribution objectives and coverage KPIs in the region.
• Open new pharmacy accounts and expand the customer base in line with company strategy.
• Promote and educate pharmacists and customers on the portfolio, product features, benefits, SKU range and new launches to drive sell-out and brand awareness.
• Ensure timely orders, collections and coordination with supply chain and logistics teams, and monitor stock levels to minimise out-of-stocks and maximise shelf presence.
• Follow up on receivables, payments and customer SOA reconciliation with the finance team.
• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, promotions and market trends, and share market intelligence with internal stakeholders.
• Propose initiatives to accelerate sell-out, improve market penetration and strengthen market leadership.
• Maintain daily call reports, sales trackers, investment records and customer documentation, and build strong customer relationships.
