Sales Executive – Immigration Services

About the role

Planet Careers is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote its immigration-related services in Dubai. The role involves generating leads, engaging potential clients, and converting inquiries into sales while delivering professional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Contact potential clients, explain immigration services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long‑term relationship building.

Required profile

• Freshers welcome; previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
