Sales Executive – Inside Sales – Russian Speaker

About the role

Bayut.com is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to join its Inside Sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on telephonic sales, prospecting and closing deals with Russian‑speaking clients while managing a large portfolio of organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, using cold, warm and hot leads.
• Qualify prospects against product and service requirements and propose suitable packages.
• Draft and send proposals via email, maintaining professional etiquette.
• Record detailed notes and activity in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts and feedback to management.
• Maintain a high volume of daily calls and closures while meeting targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals consistently.
• Competitive attitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
