Sales Executive – ISV Services (Elevator Inspection)

About the role

The Sales Executive will lead the ISV services business for elevator, escalator and moving walkway inspections across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Reporting to the Sales Manager UAE, you will drive revenue growth by targeting building owners, facility managers, contractors, developers and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet departmental revenue targets for inspection, testing, certification and lifecycle services.
• Leverage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Prepare and deliver technical‑commercial proposals, quotations and follow up on collections.
• Participate in tenders, lead contract negotiations and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Inspection Engineers to tailor service offerings and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to align proposals with service delivery.
• Support account planning and growth strategies for facility‑management and developer accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in elevators, vertical transportation or inspection/testing services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Proven network among facility managers, developers, contractors and asset owners in the UAE.
• Strong ownership mindset, resilience under pressure and excellent stakeholder communication.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of EIAC and ENAS accreditation requirements for elevators, escalators and moving walkways.
• Understanding of elevator systems, safety codes and technical compliance.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence for client and site visits.
