Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive sales activities across the Northern Emirates, focusing on time‑efficient prospecting, strong customer relationships and delivering volume targets. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the role supports Holcim’s sustainable building solutions and contributes to revenue growth and market share expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales volume, average selling price and margin targets as defined in the budget.
• Provide monthly updates on project backlog, sales forecasts and related reports.
• Develop and execute action plans for prospecting, portfolio renewal and optimization.
• Gather market intelligence to monitor share trends for Holcim and competitors.
• Visit customers and prospects to assess needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the Value‑Added Products (VAP) team to promote upselling opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to commercial initiatives aligned with the RMX Commercial Strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building‑materials sector.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of the Northern Emirates market and sustainable building solutions.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable sales plans.
