Sales Executive

About the role

As a Sales Executive at Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah you will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable experiences for guests while driving new business and revenue for the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new corporate and leisure business opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and business development activities.
• Maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, government entities and key local businesses.
• Generate room night, meeting, event and group business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Ras Al Khaimah and the wider UAE.
• Prepare sales plans, account strategies and business forecasts.
• Update all sales activities and account information in Hilton sales systems and CRM platforms.
• Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows and industry functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience within the UAE hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and commercial landscape.
• Established network of corporate contacts in Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai and the Northern Emirates (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
